With the globe on high-alert in fear of the further spread of Coronavirus, companies are having to take precautions. Making a tiny change can reduce the risk of spreading the virus further.
Last week Facebook cancelled their F*8 conference and today, Business Insider has reported that Facebook has been taking precautionary measures to prevent the potential spread of Coronavirus, by banning social visitors and conducting interviews by Video.
This brings a completely new dimension into interviews and people going to work in large office spaces with hundreds of people. Do we think this will have an impact on how people work in the future?
People are already seeing the benefits of video interviewing and the modern work habits, such as working remotely... We've never thought about benefits in this way, but in a global crisis, it certainly makes sense!
